One of the core foundations of Naturopathic Medicine is the principle of “Doctor as Teacher.” It’s a philosophy I’ve embodied for more than a decade guiding, educating, and empowering people to understand their own health with clarity and confidence.

Teaching is only one side of the equation. The other, often more challenging part, is living the very principles you share with others. Walking the talk. Holding yourself to the same standards you encourage in your clients. In my experience, this is one of the most demanding yet rewarding aspects of being a practitioner: striving every day to align your actions with your words, and doing so with integrity, humility, and genuine care.
