Service Description
Easily re-order your current prescriptions by selecting one of the options in this service. You can also order 2 week, 3 week and 4 week prescriptions. should you need more please let me know via email (harleynaturopathy@gmail.com). The refill will comprise of whatever you have already discussed with me, that would be your ongoing herbal medicine prescription. should you be needing a new type (usually through my recommendation) a new booking should be made and not through this page, this is so I can study any changes to your wellbeing and provide a new prescription.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth preparation, processing, and delivery of your herbal support, the following cancellation terms apply: Initial Order - Once the first herbal medicine order (£25) has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because ingredients are sourced, blended, and prepared specifically for you as soon as the order is submitted. Weekly Herbal Supply (£15 per week) - If you wish to cancel an upcoming weekly herbal supply, you may do so with a minimum of 3 days’ notice before the next preparation cycle. - This notice period allows enough time for processing, formulation, and packaging to be paused before materials are allocated. Late Cancellations - Cancellations made within 3 days of the next scheduled week cannot be refunded, as preparation will already be underway. How to Cancel - Simply contact me directly via your usual communication channel (email), and I’ll confirm the cancellation and update your plan.
